        • Ticket Redemption Information You do not need a separate physical ticket. Simply show your booking confirmation (mobile or printed) to our staff upon arrival. The voucher or QR code provided by your booking platform will be scanned at the entrance for access. Please bring a valid photo ID that matches the lead traveler’s name on the reservation. Our team will assist you at the Aqua Splash Adventure Park entrance to check in and provide wristbands for all included attractions. If transportation is included, your driver will confirm your booking before departure and take you directly to the park’s reception area.
        • Please be ready at the main entrance of your hotel 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Pick-up is included from most hotels and resorts in the Bávaro, Punta Cana, and Uvero Alto areas. For Airbnb or private accommodations, a nearby meeting point will be assigned (for example, KFC Downtown or Coco Bongo Bávaro).
