Show your confirmation: When you're picked up at the hotel, simply show your booking confirmation (printed or digital) to the driver. Check-in at destination: Upon arrival at the "Casa del Coco" or the designated starting point, our team will provide you with a wristband or internal ticket, which will grant you access to the full experience: fresh product tasting, buggy tour, entrance to Monkeyland, and more. All-inclusive: There’s no need to make extra payments or wait in additional lines. Our staff will handle everything to ensure your seamless access to all included activities.
      • Additional Pick-Up Information: All guests will be picked up at the main entrance of their hotel or Airbnb (unless otherwise specified). Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. If you’re staying at an Airbnb or private residence, we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point (for example, KFC across from Coco Bongo, Plaza San Juan, etc.).
